Forget food from Michelin starred restaurants. The best food you will ever eat is the sandwich you consume after a colonoscopy. Okay, I exaggerate a bit ... but a lot.
I last ate a light meal at 6 am yesterday. By 4pm that egg and toast had well and truly run out.
And added to that my innards had been purged and poked.
Food was needed and fast and that ham and cheese sandwich tasted like the food of the gods.
And anyone who knows me knows I don't drink tea but that tea tasted like nectar.
Now that the immediate need is met I should find myself a Michelin starred restaurant for comparison purposes.
